Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please refer to the instructions in your package. For questions or support you can email our returns department at firstmate@livetofish.net. In the event you need to speak to a real live human being please call our toll free number.

Returns and Warranties

Please use the pre-paid return shipping label included with your order (only included with orders shipped within the contiguous United States). All other customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned product.

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date; unworn with tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new condition. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Undergarments and face Gaiters cannot be returned.

Credits

Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

Exchange

Once we have received your return item we will ship the new item. Once your return item(s) are received it generally takes 5 to 7 business days to process the exchange order. If your requested exchange item is not available at time of processing, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damage

We work hard to ensure our gear is in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from LivetoFish.net is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report it.
